TSO is listed on both the Microsoft Marketplace and the Azure Marketplace, so it can be billed through the agreement your finance team already has — and in many cases drawn down against an existing Azure commitment.
Pricing questions
Is there really a free tier?
Yes. The Free plan covers one tenant, up to 25 SharePoint sites and one scan — enough to see whether TSO surfaces real reclaim on your estate. PDF and Excel exports are not included on Free.
How is the plan billed?
Direct customers are billed monthly, quarterly or yearly by Stripe. Customers who prefer to buy through Microsoft can subscribe via the Microsoft or Azure Marketplace, in which case Microsoft handles the billing.
What does the MSP tier include?
Unlimited tenants, unlimited scans, white-labelled PDF reports, unlimited workspace members, and the choice of hosted or self-hosted delivery. MSP pricing is contact-us so it can be tailored to your portfolio — the detail is on MSP & partners.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, from Settings → Billing in the app. Stripe-billed customers use the customer portal; Marketplace-billed customers change plan in Microsoft’s console and the change syncs automatically.
What Microsoft Graph permissions does TSO need?
Read-only scopes only: Sites.Read.All, Files.Read.All, User.Read.All, Group.Read.All, Reports.Read.All and Directory.Read.All. TSO never requests a write scope — see security.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable at checkout or on your Microsoft invoice.
