Fifteen product surfaces, one workspace.
Every scan is read-only. Every export is same-origin. Every finding carries the Microsoft Graph endpoint it came from, so your admins can verify what they see.
Six screens, and what each one tells you
The surfaces admins spend their time in, in the order a scan produces them.

The headline reclaim number, per workload
Total storage, items scanned and recommendations across SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange and Teams — with the storage-overage card that tells finance what it is costing.
- Storage and items by workload
- Overage against your included pool
- Scan history and rescan on demand

Hash-based sweeps across every site and OneDrive
Copies of the same document across the tenant, grouped by content and sorted by reclaimable bytes — the ones Copilot cannot tell apart. Sweeps are resumable, and you can add sites to an existing sweep so cross-site duplicates still group correctly.
- Merged rows with copies and total bytes
- Reclaimable estimate per group
- Open in SharePoint in one click

Top-N largest files, with exact version counts
The biggest files across every drive, the ones hoarding versions, and the estimated reclaim if older versions were pruned — per file, with totals. Minimum size is configurable from 10 MB to 50 GB, top-N up to 500.
- Size, version count and workload per row
- Reclaim estimate = (versions − 1) × current size
- CSV and XLSX exports include the totals row

Ownerless sites and dormant OneDrives
SharePoint sites without an owner, ex-employee OneDrives still visible to a manager, sites without activity in one, three or five years — ranked by cost.
- Storage in GB and last-activity date
- Governance risk flagged
- Assign an owner or archive

Archive, delete or review — each with a reclaim estimate
Every finding scored on age, ownership and usage, with a ranked action table and insight cards across the whole workspace.
- Priority score per item
- Suggested action category
- Export to PDF and Excel

Put a pound sign on the problem
Storage economics: enter licensed users and your overage rate; TSO calculates current annual overage and projects conservative, expected and aggressive clean-up scenarios with a live simulator.
- Current annual overage cost
- Three savings scenarios
- Sensitivity to rate and reduction assumptions
Every surface in the workspace
Fifteen screens, grouped the way the app’s own navigation groups them.
Home screen
A workspace dashboard, not another admin centre: total storage scanned, items indexed, active recommendations and the two workload sparklines — every tile linking to the data behind it.
Scans list
One row per crawl: tenant, workloads included, duration and status, newest first. The per-scan reclaim number surfaces before you open the row, and you can deep-link into any workload tab of any scan.
Scan overview
The elevator pitch: total storage, monthly excess at Microsoft’s $0.20/GB list rate, headline recommendations, per-workload tiles and the live pipeline stages during an active scan.
SharePoint sites
Every site collection Graph enumerates, ranked by storage, with library and file counts, last activity from the 180-day Reports window, and a badge on Teams-backed sites.
OneDrive accounts
Per-user OneDrive inventory with disabled and deleted accounts shaded — departed-user drives are the fastest reclaim target on most tenants.
Exchange mailboxes
Mailbox size and last activity from the Exchange usage report: oversized shared mailboxes and disabled-user mailboxes still consuming storage, exportable in GB.
Teams-backed locations
Each Microsoft Team mapped to the SharePoint site behind it, so duplicate detection and version scans run directly against the underlying store.
Users & quota calculator
Microsoft grants 1 TB plus 10 GB per licensed user. The Users tab shows included quota against actual SharePoint usage and prices the excess at the standard list rate.
Duplicate detection
Hash-based sweeps across the tenant: per-site sweeps and a merged file view, groups sorted by reclaimable bytes, resumable, with cross-site grouping when you add sites to a sweep.
Largest files
Walks every drive and keeps the top-N files above your size threshold, each enriched post-scan with an exact version count from Graph and a one-click open in SharePoint.
File versions
Pick a minimum-versions threshold, and TSO calls Graph /versions per candidate file and returns the top-N by reclaimable bytes, with a totals row carried into the exports.
No-owner insights
Ownerless sites, dormant OneDrives and sites with no activity in one, three or five years — the governance findings that never appear in a storage report.
Recommendations engine
Every finding scored on age, ownership and usage, then turned into an archive, delete or review action with a reclaim estimate and a priority.
Optimize playbook
Storage economics with a live simulator: current annual overage, and conservative, expected and aggressive clean-up scenarios you can take to finance.
Exports
Client-ready PDF and Excel from every scan, same-origin, white-labelled on the Enterprise and MSP tiers. PowerPoint is on the roadmap.
All four, from a single admin consent
SharePoint Online
Every site collection and subsite, with libraries, file counts and last activity.
OneDrive for Business
Per-user drives, with disabled and departed accounts flagged.
Microsoft Teams
Each Team mapped to the SharePoint site that backs its files channel.
Exchange Online
Mailbox sizes and stale-mailbox detection from the usage reports.
Run it on your own tenant.
The free tier scans one tenant and up to 25 SharePoint sites — enough to see whether TSO surfaces real reclaim on your estate.
Read-only Graph scopes · no agents · no card required
