Reports

The findings, written up

The tables answer questions you know to ask. The reports answer the ones you would have had to know to ask: which environments have no Managed Environment protection, which apps are owned by leavers, which premium connectors reach how many people, what would break if a tenant moved. Each is derived from the stored assessment, so re-running a sync re-runs all of them.

  • Overview — the estate, how it is spread, and how it compares with itself over time
  • Environments — type, region, Dataverse, protection level, and the outliers
  • Connectors — usage ranked, split by tier and between apps and flows
  • Pre-migration — what would have to move, and what would not survive the move
  • Governance and Security — ownership, sharing reach, premium exposure and protection gaps

Environments report

Count on the left, workload on the right — and they rarely agree. Thirteen environments, five of them with Managed Environment protection, and a default environment holding more apps and flows than every sandbox put together. The gap between the two charts is the finding; the numbers are the same ones on the environments page, arranged for somebody being asked to approve something.

Every screen here is a live demo tenant

Contoso is sample data, generated rather than scanned — but it renders through exactly the same code as a real tenant, so what you walk around is what you would get.

Run it on your tenant

See it on your own tenant.

The free plan assesses a single environment for real — no trial countdown, no sample data.
