Pricing questions
Is the free plan a trial?
No, it does not expire. It is capped rather than timed: one tenant, one environment, three users and no exports — enough to see the shape of the product on your own data.
What counts as an environment?
Any Power Platform environment in the tenant — production, sandbox, developer, trial, Teams and the default environment. The default one is usually the largest, so the Free plan’s single environment goes a long way on a first look.
Can I assess more than one Microsoft 365 tenant?
On Enterprise, yes: connect as many tenants as you like to one account and run multi-tenant assessments. Pro covers a single tenant with unlimited environments inside it.
Do colleagues need administrator rights?
No. Colleagues from your Microsoft tenant join your organisation as members and can read and export the assessment; they cannot spend the organisation’s API quota by running a sync. Running the assessment itself needs an administrator account.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No — prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Quarterly billing saves 15% and yearly 25%, and you can cancel at any time.
Does any plan install anything in my tenant?
No plan installs anything, ever. Power Insights reads through Microsoft’s admin APIs with your sign-in and is read-only — see the FAQ for the account and role detail.
